Learn step-by-step how to hand-draw your own quality building plans for small single storey buildings such as a cabin, studio, granny flat or even a small home.  Learn the common reasons why your plans will be rejected by the shire and how to make sure your plans are approved the first time.  Give your drawings the professional touch with tips & tricks from a profesional.  During the course you will learn how to hand draw working drawings for a two-roomed studio to the required standard for council approval.

This course is also suitable for somebody considering formal study in the area of building design & drafting or architecture.   

Note: The course does not include engineers structural drawings, which must always be prepared by a certified structural engineer.
Where: Studio West Design Studio, Wooroloo (Perth side) 30 minutes from Midland

Limit of 6 per class.
